Goldman Recruitment is one of Poland’s leading recruitment consultancies, specializing in Search & Selection and Executive Search services.

The project involved a complete redesign and implementation of the company’s digital presence, with a strong focus on improving user experience, strengthening the employer-facing offering, and creating a scalable platform for lead generation, recruitment services, and industry insights.

Project goal

The goal was not to reinvent the Goldman Recruitment brand, but to evolve it. The existing visual language, built around nature-inspired imagery and mountain landscapes, had become a recognizable part of the company’s identity. Our challenge was to preserve this character while introducing a more modern, scalable, and technologically advanced digital experience.

At the same time, the project extended far beyond design. We rebuilt the website from scratch, replacing an overloaded WordPress implementation with a clean and maintainable architecture. Combined with AI-generated visual assets, a refined user experience, and seamless migration of content and databases, the result was a platform designed to support Goldman Recruitment’s growth for years to come.

01. Project Overview

Bridging brand heritagewith modern digital experiences

Goldman Recruitment had already established a recognizable visual identity inspired by natural landscapes and premium recruitment services. The challenge was to modernize the platform without losing the character and trust built over years of market presence.

The project combined UX/UI redesign, AI-generated visual storytelling, and a complete technical rebuild of the website, creating a scalable digital platform capable of supporting the company’s next stage of growth.

The live result replaced the overloaded WordPress setup with a maintainable architecture and reorganized the content around employer needs, recruitment services and clearer enquiry paths. Post-launch lead and conversion figures are not published, so this case study describes the shipped platform and structural change rather than attributing unverified commercial uplift.

02. Visual Foundation

Building a cohesiveand recognizable brandexperience

To modernize Goldman Recruitment’s digital presence while preserving its established identity, I created a unified visual foundation covering typography, color, iconography, and core interface components. Every element was carefully selected to reinforce the brand’s premium positioning and ensure consistency across the entire platform.

The result is a flexible design language that balances professionalism with approachability, supporting both user experience and long-term scalability.

03. UX/UI Desktop / Introduction

Revisiting a brandI helped shape years ago

In 2018, I designed the previous version of Goldman Recruitment’s website, establishing a visual direction inspired by mountain landscapes, natural imagery, and a refined color palette. Over the years, this aesthetic became a recognizable part of the brand’s digital identity.

The challenge was not to start from scratch, but to thoughtfully evolve the experience. By preserving the visual DNA of the original concept and enhancing it with contemporary UX principles, AI-generated imagery, and modern interface patterns, we created a platform that feels both familiar and future-ready.

03. UX/UI Desktop / Evolution

Evolving the platformto support business growth

The redesign was driven by a strategic shift in Goldman Recruitment’s business objectives. While the previous website primarily focused on attracting candidates, the new platform was designed to better support employer acquisition, showcase industry expertise, and generate qualified business inquiries.

This evolution influenced every aspect of the experience, from content hierarchy and navigation to conversion paths and service presentation, transforming the website into a stronger business development tool.

03. UX/UI Desktop / Service Pages

Designing experiences that driveengagement and conversion

Beyond the homepage, the project included a comprehensive set of service, specialization, and landing pages designed to support Goldman Recruitment’s business objectives. Each page was carefully structured to communicate expertise, build trust, and guide users toward meaningful actions.

The result is a scalable content ecosystem that balances brand storytelling, service presentation, and lead generation across multiple audience segments.
